Superb product!

We are pan de yuca aficionados. My wife, who happens to be a Chef, and South American, swears by this flour, even over the well known "Hispanic" brands. It's fresh and bakes to a crispy yet moist taste and texture. If you're a professional cook, you must try it. If you just like to cook, take it from us, you won't find better.

Great product

This is a great product. I first tried Otto's natural cassava Flour but This one is little cheaper than that and its as Good as Otto's Cassava is. Bobs Redmill's dont need any praise their products are always high quality. Specially its the only guaranteed company for Gluten free products.we all believe only Bobs Red Mill for high quality products.

Cassava Flour

I love cassava flour and use it to make Brazilian cheese bread, or Pão de Queijo. Sometimes I use half tapioca flour and half cassava flour. If you don't know what these little Brazilian cheese bites are, I suggest that you google them because you will probably love them.
