I purchase this gluten free baking mix from Bob's Red Mill because several months ago I went gluten and oil free. My journey to good eating and better health is amazing and Bob's lets me enjoy a few nice treats like biscuits. I will be trying to make some chicken and dumplings soon using this flour. I think Bob's products are of a high quality and for me it helps me that I trust Bob's which has been around for a long time. I have cut way back on any flour except for special occasions.
