Coconut flour
Coconut flour works for my dietary needs. I use it in everything that requires regular flour. Once you know how to convert, it's easy to use. Have been using Bob's Red Mill coconut flour for about 4 years now - love it! I always know I'm getting the best at Bob's.

My Mom loves that she could continue to get Bob's Red Mill products during Covid 19!
My Mom loves using her flour to bake. I ordered it for her because of Covid 19.She is 81 years old and could not go shopping during covid 19. She usually buys it in a store. It was very easy to order. I would recommend Bob's Red Mill to everyone. She was so happy when I delivered it to her.

NEEDED: A COMPANION FLOUR
This is a fantastic flour to bake with. I discovered Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour when I needed a companion flour to bake with. I like Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour because it is not a genetically modified organism (GMO) or contain gluten and it has a very subtle Coconut flavor. This is a beautiful flour to work with because it blends in beautifully with the other flour and ingredients in a recipe. Baked goods come out beautifully. I was completely satisfied with the results. It works perfectly in one of my favorite breakfast recipes-mug bread. Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour is easy to find. It can be purchased in your local grocery store or online. I'll never go back
