Great to alternate with almond flour
Tired of just almond flour so I tried this all purpose gluten free flour. Now it's my favorite! I made muffins and cakes, all quite yummy.

Best Gluten free blend
Best gluten free flour blend I have found! So good you hardly know you are eating a gluten free baked good. I started baking gluten free for my best friend and since started a small baking business. Most people who eat my baked goods don't even notice that they are gluten free. I use this flour as I would any other just substituting it for the regular flour in any recipe and adding my own binders.

Baking is enjoyable again!
I was taken off gluten & dairy, which was quite challenging. Then allergies to rice & corn showed up, which eliminated most retail GF products since so many contain rice flour. That amped the situation up to way beyond challenging. I discovered this flour mix, and the challenge met it's match! Thanks a million times over for opening up my baking choices by making this flour mix & making my food prep enjoyable again.
