Love nearly all their products -- this one, too !!
Love nearly all of Bob's products & this is no exception. The only complaint I've ever had is the sealing strip on the bags. Almost without exception, squeezing between thumb & finger & sliding across to close doesn't work. Sometimes, if I'm extra careful & move very slowly, I can get them to seal. But often, no matter how careful, how slow, they just don't close & I have to use the old "fold the bag top down & use binder clips" method. Seems like someone should be able to figure out how to make the grooves deeper or something to make sealing the bag an easier task. (I know, I know ... If that's my biggest worry, I'm set, right?)

Love Bob's Mill ANYTHING, but the flour is fantastic for my baking (low carb) lifestyle. I can find it at my local grocery store - just not in the bigger bags which comes in VERY handy when you are trying out lots of new recipes. Everything I ordered came quickly, and well packaged. You can tell they care what they do! Will be ordering again soon!

Favorite Almond Flour!
I live in Guatemala so I bring bags of almond flour back with me from the states. I prefer almond flour to white flour and I love making cookies with it! The 8 Guatemalan kids who we are caring for at an orphanage also love the things I bake with it. One of my goals is to teach them how to make healthy things that taste good and thanks to Bob's Red Mill, I am able to do that!!
