Useful and especially tasty non-gluten flour.
I use the almond flour in recipes that combine it with non-gluten flour.. Especially delicious for tart pastry. Originally used it by itself for dairy free and gluten free pancakes in a recipe from the wellness clinic at Cleveland Clinic. Now I always keep almond flour on hand, in the refrigerator, of course. When I share my pastries my friends always comment on the good taste of the crust.

It's the best!!
Whether you buy it at the grocer or online, this is the best almond flour I have found. Very consistent from bag to bag, just the right consistency every time, and flavorful. I buy in bulk and get a better cost as I use a lot with my Keto Diet. Two thumbs up!!

Love nearly all their products -- this one, too !!
Love nearly all of Bob's products & this is no exception. The only complaint I've ever had is the sealing strip on the bags. Almost without exception, squeezing between thumb & finger & sliding across to close doesn't work. Sometimes, if I'm extra careful & move very slowly, I can get them to seal. But often, no matter how careful, how slow, they just don't close & I have to use the old "fold the bag top down & use binder clips" method. Seems like someone should be able to figure out how to make the grooves deeper or something to make sealing the bag an easier task. (I know, I know ... If that's my biggest worry, I'm set, right?)
