This Item has had several problems with it's delivery. Many broken parts and poor communication with the maker. I just ended up throwing it away as the pieces kept breaking. I was given a 20% discount. But I feel as if this Item should be refunded to my original payment method. Is there anything that customer service can do for this inconvenience?
