This came pretty quick by fed ex in its own Box with no damage, it is very heavy I got the king size and comes vacuum sealed,fits my mattress very well, and putting the sheet over it I didn't feel the wires and feel really plush, my husband and I like the ideal of it having 2 controllers so we can set our sides the way we need them to be , I will be recommending this to everyone

The mattress pad arrived on time at my door. I chose it for my mother, and she loves it better than the blanket because it doesn't slide off of her. It keeps her warm and sleeping throughout the night. I don't know how well it does washing and drying as we just received it. Hopefully, it will do well as I researched it, and it was said to be the best.
