Although it was negligence on my part for not reading ALL of the Informational facts about the item, I was surprised when I received the pot without the carved wooden base. I was disappointed with myself because I had been so impressed by the beautiful photo arrangement photo that accompanied the listing that I never imagined that it did not come as a set and that is what I needed. Information for the vendor of this item was included in the package and when I contacted him about what I thought was an error…he explained that it was only the order for a pot without the stand as pictured. This was stated in the description below the item…not directly below but further down the listing. He was patient and willing to help me match up a wooden base for my pot at additional cost but offered a discount on the item and on the shipping…still more than I was willing to spend but I needed more than just a pot since it was to be a special gift. I mentioned my time restraints and he promised to get it to me quickly and it did. The pot and stand I chose look nice together but it is NOT the one I had expected based on the photo. I will be more careful about reading fine print in the future!
