What was supposedly a great deal turned out to be something else...... and that's something else turned out to be twice as much money. What was really upsetting was I ordered it because it came with an organizer. The organizer never arrived and only half of the accessories....very upsetting.

Didn't come with correct bit accessories

I have wanted my own little drill for awhile and I got this for Christmas and can't even use it!! The accessories that came with it don't fit in the neck for the bits, it isn't adjustable and the bits intended to help with this are too big to fit! I am really disappointed that a brand like Black and Decker doesn't have quality control to prevent this. I will either have to go to buy another accessory kit (if they even make one!) or use this as an expensive paperweight. 😕
