a few glitches
Great looking product for my Roman tub. I had to call Moen about the installation because a Plummer wanted 800 + to remove the tub and install the new device. Moen Representatives are the greatest, they walked me through the matching of parts (old Moen coming out) and discovered I needed an extension kit. After receiving the FREE kit in the mail it took les than 45 minutes to finish the project. Excellent service from the Reps!

Looks nice
Installation went well, but Moen needs to make instructions available if this is to upgrade an existing device, especially if it upgrades a Moen fixture. Moen treats it as a new install. Therefore things like stem extensions may be needed. You may not need to change out the valve.
