Lift Rod problems

We love the faucets, but, are having problems with the lift rod and finial for our tub. The finial has come off repeatedly and we put it back on but are not able to tighten it enough to prevent it from happening again.

Hand shower does not have the same detail as the rest of the collection.

We recently did a whole bathroom remodel and decided to use the Dryden collection. The detail in the faucets and accessories is very classy. However, I am extremely disappointed in the hand shower. The base does not have the same detail as the rest of the pieces. It also has an odd angled, wide head that doesn't seem to match the rest of the collection. It is very light weight – meaning it is plastic, therefore, the finish is not exact either. It also seems to be a very weak flow. I don't think I would have been as picky about the Roman tub trim if the base of the hand shower had the same detail as the rest of the collection. The towel bars, robe hooks, and toilet paper holder are all lovely, sturdy fixtures.

I am about to install this faucet in my renovated bathroom. Im very scared to dothis after all the reviews about the diverter rod. Do you have another set in polished nickel that goes with the R4707?
