The curry sauce has a very good flavor, and is versatile- I have used it as a sauce to serve with chicken, rice, and vegetables,. It's also been an excellent base to add flavor to my copycat version of Panera's Thai chicken soup, along with chicken broth and a can of coconut cream. Yum!

Blue Elephant brand curry sauce.

if you're to make a thai dish, this brand is the best. i buy both the red which is little spicy and the yellow is less spicy and more sweet. i use either for when im making thai seafood curry. but when i make Singapore style noodles i strictly use the yellow curry. if you prefer more spicy, just add red pepper flakes. also once in awhile i might add thai coconut cream.

Really good curry

This stuff was really good! It tasted just like the curry I can get at a restaurant. I put 1 lb of chicken and veggies in, and it wasn't enough sauce for that. So make sure you're getting two packets if you're making it for more than 1-2 people!
