Shake well. Preparation: Prior to injecting, always pour a portion of the marinade into a bowl or measuring cup to eliminate contamination of unused product. Instructions: (Seriously, 3-steps. This is almost too easy) 1 Attach needle and pull marinade into injector. 2 Stick needle into meat and inject marinade while withdrawing slowly. Repeat in various directions throughout selected meat. 3 Cook meat thoroughly and enjoy! Creole Hot & Spicy Butter is best for: Turkey (baked, smoked, fried), chicken & pork loin.
