I don't know how this stuff work, but when it's put on a burger or steak and then cook over a high heat to give the meat a charred surface, BAM, it super charges the taste like the meat came from a top end steak house. I haven't used it inside with stove top cooking yet. But on the grill in the backyard, it's definitely a hit. Guests comments are similar.
