I chose both Brown and Dark Gray for my living space. I was goiing for 100% blackout darkness, however, both the Brown and Dark Grey panels work well.. Two of the photos are from 5pm (with ambient room light), and do darken the room. One photo was taken at 11am (no ambient lights on), which shows 95% darkening with a 5% light bleed. I chose 96" panels to cover the floor, and prevent light spill from the bottom. These work very well, to offer contrast from the Celery Green accent wall. I enjoy this purchase.
