Faded in a week. So sad!

I was so excited and happy when I received this purchase! BUT, they faded in a week. The weather was perfect. Looked gorgeous on the lamp posts! Was a present for my mom! We are so upset that the quality(maybe a bad die lot???) of the bows didn't even last through Christmas and the house decorating contest! I really feel like we are owed a refund or replacement! Only recommend for inside use, though not sure if it will fade inside too. Some of our bows were in the shade and still faded.
