We moved our kid from the college dorm to an apartment and in doing so requires a bed among other things. I searched various places for one of those mattress in a box deals then I came across this one on clearance so I bought one because I'm sure other parents were in the market for a mattress too. The mattress is a 12 INCH hybrid coil spring and memory foam. I figured being a 12 inch bed would be more comfortable than anything less and was itching to try it out. The mattress arrives vacuumed packed and once the plastic is cut open the mattress slowly takes shape and we let it sit over night before we tried it and when we did, we found it very comfy. It's a mattress that I wouldn't use as my actual bed but for a guest bed. It's too light to be a main mattress for me but for less than $200 on clearance it's good enough for our son.
