Bissell Poweredge Lift-Off Steam Mop Model #20781

This steam mop besides including the body, foot, and handle, it also includes your white mop pad (no 2nd one is included), bristle brush, & grout tool. This steam mop will do your floors and also can be used in the handheld mode to clean showers, tubs, countertops, or even sinks. Your water tank should be filled with distilled or demineralized water. The water tank is on the back side of your machine and the white release button is just above your water tank. When you want to release it, press the white button and gently lift upwards. After you plug in your machine, the blue light starts flashing and it takes approximately 15 seconds or less to heat up. When the blue light quits flashing, your unit is ready to work. It is suggested that when steaming your floors that you go over each section about three times. When using it in corners, just go over each section about two times. When you switch from the floor steaming to the handheld mode, you need to let it cool down for about 10 seconds. When you need to use the handheld steamer, you just push the release button on the bottom of the steamer and lift up. Whether or not you are using the steamer for the floors, corners, or close by a refrigerator, the unit automatically swivels in the direction it needs to. It is so very easy to use! This unit glides very easy along the floor. After cleaning my kitchen floor, it was able to get my floor clean and did clean up some ground in dirt spots that my regular mop missed. It left my floor shiny, clean, & sanitized. When you are cleaning your corners, the unit gets right up to the edge of your corner and it really works to clean. It did a great job along my refrigerator also. I did try to use it in the handheld mode to clean my shower. First of all, I tried the bristle brush and then the grout tool. These tools are so tiny and it was very time consuming on trying to cover even small sections. I finally took those tools off and then used it without extra tools. It covered more area that way, but I was disappointed. It left white steaks in my shower and I decided that this was better on floors and not the shower. I did try it out in my sink and it did a little better, but still prefer it only to be used on my floors. All in all, it is a very good product and will leave your floors clean, shiny and looking good! I am glad that I tried this!

BISSELL PowerEdge Lift-Off Steam Mop

The BISSELL PowerEdge Lift-Off Steam Mop was super easy to assemble. It is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and easy to carry. It has a triangular swivel head which makes is easy to get around corners as well as under and around cabinets. I have tile and linoleum in my home. It works well on both surfaces. The compact built in reservoir for the water is easy to eject, fill, and reattach. The pad that covers the bottom cleaning surface of the BISSELL PowerEdge Lift-Off Steam Mop is removeable and machine washable for ease and convenience. The use of steam provides a naturally sanitary, yet chemical free way to clean the flooring in my laundry room, pantry, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Steam is released with the simple a push of a button. The unit also comes with a built in detachable, portable handheld steamer that is contained in the body of the steam mop. It is small and lightweight which allows for it to be quickly and easily detached for cleaning versatility. Because of the detachable handheld steamer feature, this steam mop can be used on bare floors, hard floors, countertops, and more. The BISSELL PowerEdge Lift-Off Steam Mop is backed by a one year limited warranty.

Little mop, Big clean up

I have always wondered how a steam mop would work on my floors and now I know...Perfect as perfect can be. First of all the Bissell power edge is everything it says it is and more. The shape of the mop makes corners a breeze so no more struggle trying to angle the mop in the right direction to get into the corner. Next is it so light weight you don't even know your moving the mop around the floor. Oh and did I mention it is a breeze to put together a few snaps and its all done! Another great feature is you can control the steam which to me is a big plus. Getting back to the hard to get places well I think this steam mop will end those problems. You know the edge around the shower stall and the sliding doors can get pretty nasty if you don't keep after it, well this little whiz took care of that with just a change of a brush and I was amazed. I have used it on my inlaid kitchen flooring also on my laminate floors with great results. Oh I forgot this lift off steamer has a reason for its name you can take the handle away and your left with what looks like a Bissell dust buster talk about connivance. I had no tile or grout to try it on but the unit comes with 2 small brushes for those tiny areas making life much easier. If only I could figure out a way to do windows with it then my cleaning abilities would have no bounds. Get one for yourself, a Bissell lift off steam mop you are going to love it ~
