I bought this for my apartment buildings which have tile floors. My maintenance people have used it in 2 apartments and it cleaned very well. We used it with a stripping cleaner on one apartment with very dirty waxed floors and the floors looked great.

I used this machine on a grimy concrete floor and was amazed at how well it worked. It got rid of years worth of ground in dirt. And by dirt, I mean this floor was black. I highly recommend this machine. It's small and light weight, easy to control, and very quiet.
