The instruction booklet could be better in explaining how the unit works. I had to call customer service and ask questions. The machine seems to be okay.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! impossible to put handle on and stay on. And the seller knows this is a scam. impossible to return for a variety of reasons.

No issues, came when expected and was well packed for shipping.

Product arrived quickly, works well, easy to operate. I thought that by buying a commercial rated device that it would be a little more substantial. Pretty lightweight construction, not a bad thing, just unexpected

i gave 1 star the system I should have let me give a -5star. seller was horrible and dishonest. The product they sold was the worst quality and may have been broken and poorly restored. i started the return the day after receiving. They have their product back. They are going out of their way to cheat me out of my money. If you reading this review DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULDN'T BE ON THE WAL-MART APP.

Handle is stiff and flimsy, needs to swivel easier. Not worth $39, more like $25

I want my money back and I keep the machine like you offered. Your third party cannot meet the promise part replacement.
