Biotene Oral Rinse Moisturizing Mouthwash for Dry Mouth Relief, Fresh Mint, 16oz

If you suffer from dry mouth caused by age, medications or foods; you should try this product. I've been using it for almost 20 years. Gums. mints, lozenges or mouthwashes won't relieve the ordor or dryness. I also use the small travel size spray. The taste is different from most mouthwashes, but chew a piece of gum after to create a lingering affect from this product. Because of the medications I take, drinking lots of liquids doesn't help my dry mouth. I've used Smart Mouth products and Thera-Breath. These are excellent products for mouth odor, but Biotene is great for dry mouth

I started a new medication that caused me to have dry mouth a lot more often, even if I was drinking a lot of water. I decided to try this mouthwash to see if it might help, and was so happy that it did. It works to help immediately, but it also works better the more you use it over time. You have to swish it around longer than typical mouthwash to let it set in, but it doesn't burn on your gums and it rinses your teeth just as well as mouthwashes that have alcohol. You get a big bottle for the price, so I think it is a good value. Honestly, even if I eventually don't need this for chronic dry mouth I will probably still use it as my everyday mouthwash because the flavor and quality is so good for the price that you pay.
