Great Taste . . . BUT !

I've been sippin' these 5 Bigelow teas for years so these refreshment are my 'top shelf'. I will comment that I ordered these on line for a store pick up. Our experience was not very good but thought we would try it out. What should of taken us about 5-7 minutes took us about 45 minutes and 4 calls into Service PickUp. I was tempted to cancel and walk in the store and make the purchase but I think they finally got the message when I mentioned I had to call in 4 times and had waited 45 minutes. Strike One for the pickup service . . . but the Bigelow teas are GREAT !

My original "coldbuster" with lemon or orange and honey in winter. Love the true peach intensity so hard to find in most peach teas without overloading the sugar content.
