2 steps to a great cup. Be sure to start with fresh cold water and bring to a rolling boil. Pour over teabag, steep for 4 minutes (or whatever time you like), remove bag (but no squeezing please!)For iced tea by the glass: steep a little longer. Pour over ice.Caff-o-meter content per serving. Coffee 100-120mg. Black tea 30-60mg. Green tea 25-50mg. Yummy
This tea taste mostly like almonds with a hint of chocolate. It's different and actually quite delicious. This is a night time tea as some of the other herbs can help with sleep.

it doesn't taste like chocolate
the chocolate and almond flavor is barely there, it doesn't taste bad but it is not strong, I read other reviews saying the flavor wasn't chocolate or almond and I decided to buy it anyways and I have the same perception as the others, there is lack of chocolate and almond after all it does not taste bad but definitely I don't recommend, now I am stuck with 3 boxes!!! I don't drink this as much as I thought I would, from this brand I like the ginger lemon flavor way better. I gave it 2 stars because it does not taste horrible but really it doesn't taste like chocolate almond tea.
