Beyond Raw® LIT™ Pre-Workout Powder, Gummy Worm, 250mg Caffeine, 7.44 oz

I was sketchy on whether or not to purchase based on a few reviews. But, I didn't see any other options I'd like better. So I went for it. And this is my third day using LIT along with my daily routine. And I like it 🤷🏼‍♀️ The first two days I used a half scoop of powder, easing into it, with a half bottle of water. Today, I upped my scoop to 3/4 of a scoop, and a half bottle of water. The first two days I had slight tingling, but it's no where near the reviews I read. Me personally, I like a tingly preworkout as long as it doesn't make me feel ill. Today, I do notice a slight bit more of the tingly sensation, but still a tolerable feel for me so far! Also despite reviews I've read, the container did not look to be “half full”. After using mine for three days, I've attached a photo of the amount of powder still left. So, if you like energetic tingles, I'd say give it a try.
