Easy to dress it up

I don't notice much difference in brands, although maybe this one is slightly more moist. We just get what is on sale at the time. November is cake month in our house with three birthdays within 10 days of each other. Every year I let my kids pick their own cake flavor. My eldest always picks cinnamon crumble cake. If I don't have time to make it from scratch, this is the best option, I just make my "cinnamon crumble" part (cinnamon, brown sugar, butter and some flour) then fold it into the batter very loosely. White cakes are perfect for experimentation like that. Add a little orange flavoring extract and food coloring, and boom - you have orange cake! Add mini chocolate chips add whatever you want! We rarely just have white cake plain without jazzing it up somehow, but that is the beauty of a white cake mix. For us it's a blank canvas.

Made great vanilla cupcakes

I'm usually a chocolate cake person, but I made cupcakes for a friend's birthday who likes "vanilla on vanilla" using this cake mix. They were so good!! I did make my own buttercream icing, but the cake mix has a very nice (not overwhelming) vanilla flavor and as the box says, the cupcakes were "super moist". Yum!

Great taste and easy to bake!

This one is easy to make and has the perfect taste. I like french vanilla more than the traditional vanilla and this was just perfect. Easy to mix and bake. I do not know how moist it will be without adding the simple syrup. But I did add it after baking the cake just in case and it turned out awesome. It was a little brittle when I had to apply frosting on it and hence had to do it gently. I baked for my son's 5th birthday and he just loved it.
