As we all try to eat healthier in this day-%26-age of ultra-processed, yet, of course, still-tempting foods, picking choices with LESS SUGAR/LESS SALT—(which are also in their own right PRESERVATIVES)—as well as eschewing where logically possible the hard-to-pronounce chemical ingredients, which so often also are PRESERVATIVES—is definitely a step in the right direction.
