This is my absolute favorite occasional treat. Fills the desire to have chocolate cake without having to bake and more importantly without having a whole cake in the house to temp me. I often prepare with two tablespoons of 2% milk and one tablespoon of half and half for a more dense cake. I love putting it in the freezer to cool off and allow the frosting to just get a little firm.
