Cover; simmer about 23 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. For entire box, make as directed above-except double all ingredients, use 5-quart stockpot or 12-inch skillet, and cook ground meat 8 to 10 minutes. Into yummy bacon deliciousness?
