Chefs around the globe use this product to start and fortify their soups and sauces and so do I haha. No really, this stuff is great for both of those things. Plus it's good to flavor rice, make a quick cup of something hot to sip on, use in pasta water instead of salt, really the uses are endless. Can't recommend this product enough. Pricey, but with so many uses, it's totally worth the price. Oh! and store in fridge once opened! Just a tablespoon per cup of boiling water. Top tier product.
