Clear instructions for intuitive and easy setup. Helpful link to website and video (which I needed as I initially couldn't get the outside temperature sensor to function . After clicking the link I simply followed the brief video instructions (which were a little more detailed than in packaging). I had sensor running in .just a few minutes. Excellent range (100ft.) although I have mine set just a few feet outside the room clock is situated. Accurate temperature both indoor and outdoor. Clock has large numbers clearly visible and brightness is good from a distance. I like the fact it it not illuminated or backlit so no distracting light at night (which means of course you can't see it in dark) but that's okay cause I didn't buy this as a nightlight. Sleek modern design. No "branding" anywhere on clock so very clean looking. I have mine on wall (hangs just like a picture) or there is a fold out brace for display on a table. Clock with ndoor/outdoor temp., day/date, and of course, either DST or Regular time. It has a Moon Phase indicator which I really like. I had another Atomic clock (Sharp) that was very similar which after–at least– a dozen years finally was fading so much I could hardly read the numbers so decided it was time to replace. Glad I did, as I really like this Better Homes %26 Gardens Atomic Clock (made by Lacrosse Technology). I hope it lasts as long as the one its replacing. Very happy so far.

This replaced a VERY similar Lacrosse one that was over 20 years old, and the outdoor sensor finally died. I installed the new sensor outside using 3 Ziplock freezer bags each inside another for 3 layers of protection. Low and behold the 20 year old clock also saw the new sensor! So now I have both the old and new ones running fine in my house. This new one did set itself to the atomic clock very fast with just one hold down of the time button. I really like these! The temperature is right on the money ( -5f this morning in Michigan). If you want to install 2 of these in your home buy 2, but only use 1 of the outdoor sensors. Save the 2nd sensor as a spare.
