Better Homes & Gardens 24 1/2'' L x 18 7/8'' W Green Bathroom Vanity with Sink Top

Lovely high quality wood and marble vanity sink. I am truly in love with the quality and color of this sink. I am so glad that I purchased it for our upstairs bathroom. My pictures of the green cabinet and instructions only is because I just remembered that I need to purchase the sink fixtures to complete the sink. I'll be heading out to buy the matching Better Homes & Gardens Safford Two Handle Bathroom Faucet in the nickel color. I think that faucet fixture fits better with the overall coloring of the dark green cabinet, white marble top and our bathroom décor. Another feature I was quite taken with when I opened the box that this vanity sink came in, was that it has very nice quality metal for the hinges, handles and even the screws. I love that instructions are so very simple and as soon as my faucet fixture arrives, I will put it together and install it in the upstairs bathroom. I only wish I was able to put a picture of the completed installation after I do, it really is gorgeous and I know how easily it will be to have this new addition in our upstairs bathroom. Yes, I would definitely recommend this vanity sink in any of its color schemes to anyone who wants to upgrade the look of their bathroom.

The Better Homes & Gardens 24.5in Green Bathroom Vanity with Sink Top is the perfect replacement for the old sink I had and came just in time for my remodel. This was heavier than I was expecting (I did finally find a listing saying it is 45kg, which is about 99 pounds). It appears to be high quality made. I couldn't find what it was made of on the packaging, but learned online that it is MDF, which is medium-density fiberboard. This is painted but it doesn't look like paint and is so smooth and heavy that it all seems to be solid construction, if that makes sense. Everything came packaged well and there were no dings or chips. Everything is labelled and there are two full sets of instructions in English and Spanish so you don't have to jump back and forth trying to find your place but can just choose the language you want and use that booklet. I like that this has an open bottom because there is a floor vent near the sink and I thought they would overlap, but we were actually able to fit it in place right up against it instead without overcrowding the toilet. It even comes with 4 adjustable feet so that it can be leveled out. The cabinet space is fully open so there are no issues with fitting the piping around shelves and I can customize how I want to organize the space. The handles are black and comfortable to grip. The hinges allow this to soft close to there are no loud slams. My brother helped me put this together. He is stubborn and did it with just a screwdriver, but a drill (as listed as needed in the instructions) would have made this even easier. As I said, everything is labelled and the pictures with the instructions make everything very clear. The sink sits flush on the cabinet and the instructions say to use caulk to secure the sink to the cabinet. This also comes with everything needed to secure the cabinet to the wall as well. This doesn't come with the faucet or drain. I already had a faucet for this but needed to get the drain to finish the set up. Once everything was set up it looks very nice. There is enough room on the sink for a soap dish or dispenser.
