Useful for Sleep or, with a lower dose, calm days

Melatonin is a relaxant which, varying on the strength used can be anything from calming a day to aiding with sleep. It is a natural substance that, as sold, contains no hard drugs. I use it for sleep and find it admirable. You need to be aware that as it contains no 'drug' sleep aids, there will not be the sense of needing to sleep. It does provide a gentle, restful sleep. If one wished to try it, perhaps buying a lesser amount would be a good idea.
