These glow underwater small sized baits drive crappie wild. Simply place on bare hook or directly on jig and it does the rest, just be prepared to set the hook. My recommendation is to allow them to harden up just a bit so that it stays on the hook better and longer. I've caught numerous crappie using slip float technique and the photo attached shows what's possible by using these baits.
