I absolutely love easy and this Uncle Ben's Quick Rice! I simply have to knead the package for a few seconds, open the package and microwave it for 90 seconds. The rice comes out steaming hot and delicious every time and I can usually get two or three helpings out of one package. I keep these in my pantry and recommend them to others!

I recall when cooking rice was a time-consuming task not long ago, and now only 90 seconds in a microwave for rice as perfect as any. I'll admit it, I'm spoiled, and I love it! I'm even old enough to remember my mom nervously attempting to control the unpredictably dangerous pressure cooker of ours and occasionally losing the battle when the small weight atop the steam valve blew off and rice escaped all over the kitchen!
