I bought this bed in the white color, however, was informed that it was out of stock and then quickly was reinform that it was back in stock. Once I got the product, everything seemed to be there except for the manual. I did eventually get a message back from the company however, by that time I had already put the bed part way together after hours of trying to figure it out without instructions. Wished to have had it in the box to begin with.
