Cheap materials poor instructions

I paid for professional assembly and warranty. It took him 3 hrs longer than the time allotted due to vague instructions. The final product was a disaster. The trundle does not attach to the bed. The material looks and feels flimsy. The hardware brackets are visible. I requested a return. However, Walmart told me to reach out to seller in china! Finally, I was assisted by a manager but I am still awaiting a resolution
