Belle Isle Furniture South Lake 6 Drawer Double Dresser

Bought the chest a year ago, assembled it without problems and still love it to date. When the dresser came back in stock, didn't hesitate to purchase it. The color matched perfectly, the quality is the same and the instructions were still just as clear. The problem appeared once I slid the drawers in and they would not all fit at one. The center board that holds all the drawers and the dresser together is simply not wide enough. I called the manufacturer, they never answer nor returns messages. I've emailed them 11 times now and still no response. I've spoken with the third-party retailer who “opened a ticket and still hasn't contacted me back about a resolution. I'm just too overwhelmed with the entire experience. It's turning out to be a bad choice to buy.

The drawer broke apart while i was putting it together. I called the company and left a message, no one called me back. They emailed me and I told them the same thing and still never heard anything back. I love the dresser but the customer service sucks! Also the instructions don't match the pieces so you basically have to just figure out out.
