Loved, but not true to size

Love the shoes, but I have never ordered shoes on line that arrived seemingly 2 sizes too large. I've never tried this brand, so I assumed they would be true to size. They are considerably larger. I won't reorder smaller. I just don't where to go with a size. I always wear a 10 M or 10 W. I'll have to find this brand in a store and try them for size. I wish they fit, they were exactly what I wanted.
