BELLA Electrically Powered Cotton Candy Maker, 475 Watts, Red & White

Hope this can help the most discerning shoppers like myself. I read hours of reviews on multiple sites before deciding on a cotton candy machine . It works and is perfect for personal use and small parties. I purchased this for a 4th of July backyard Bbq . Once I got the hang of it ( allow the machine to heat up for 10 minutes maybe a little more before using ) I used the candy floss and it was perfect r it made decent size cotton candy i was also able to make giant size candy like the fair but of course this takes much longer I made about 10 cones in 15 minutes You have to stop the machine to pour more floss between each cone towards the end I could tell the machine was heating up more so turned it off to give it a break as I know its not commercial grade . For personal use I would recommend this it works perfect t and small enough to easily store and easy to clean if you wanted to used everyday

Just used this for the first time tonight. It was exciting to be making cotton candy at home! Pros; Fun, kids loved it, easy to set up and easy to use. Cons; the cord is short, I had to use an extension cord. No biggie, but a small annoyance. A thick ring of sugar builds up, collects and hardens in a ring around the bowl. I had to keep scraping it off, otherwise the cc wouldn't flow right. (Don't eat any amber colored pieces, taste like nasty burnt sugar) so far I have only tried jolly ranchers. Maybe that's the problem, they're too sticky? Also 2 jr's was not nearly enough to make even a medium sized cone. With all that said, the fun outweighs the cons. My kids were pretty excited about it. My 8yr old had the idea to buy Dum Dum suckers for all the different flavors and just break the stick out. So we are totally gonna try that next! For $20 I think this will pay for itself over and over.
