Great appliance

I've used the air fryer a few times and really like it. It's great for making a quick snack or small meal. It won't replace my full-size oven for family cooking but definitely a nice additional appliance to have. One of my favorite things is that this model has the removable metal racks and bottom tray instead of a plastic basket. I think the racks allow better air flow and are easy to clean. The only two things I wish were better is that the door hinge doesn't feel stable and there are no basic recipes to start. There are plenty of recipes online, but providing a table of time and temperature for a few common food items would have been helpful..

We LOVE our Instant Vortex Plus 10 Quart Air Fryer Oven! So far we have made french fries, dehydrated apples, cheese burek (This is a Serbian recipe made with phyllo dough and it came out better than ever before!) and I have baked some potatoes. We had a problem when we first got it but I called the customer service and they made everything right! I recommend highly buying one!

Well overall the air fryer is ok. The biggest problem is the rotesorie where is attaches. It is very weak and my first air fryer stripped in this area. Instant Pot sent a replacement unit out which was very nice but it is the same weak area in the machine. The other issue I have is the tray cooking. The upper tray always cooks faster and hotter than the lower tray so you have to switch them half ways through cooking and you still end up with a bit of blackening to your meat or vegitable. thank you
