Our son is autistic and also has ARFID so his diet is very limited. He LOVES these breakfast pouches! He will not eat any other ones and believe me we've spent a ton trying other flavors and brands. I massage the pouch a little and pop it into this neat little pouch container I bought on Amazon ( NO MORE PUREE VOLCANOES HERE!!). I always squirt out the first little bit because sometimes the product in the straw area solidifies somewhat and it just doesn't look tasty. Even on his pickier days my little will eat these so they stay stocked in his cabinet.

i get this for my kid with sensory issues. she has this thing about eating first thing in the morning, like it has to be something smooth and liquid-ish? before whatever block or boundary it is that it keeping her from eating can be crossed. sometimes some juicy type of fruit or a fruit cup will do it but it's not 100%. these are a good option that open her up to chewing probably 80% of the time, so that when lunch rolls around (hopefully by midmorning for a snack) she's ready to eat and doesn't try to fill up just on water and milk. it's so important to get in actual food and lots of people take it for granted that their kids will just eat when they're hungry, but kids like mine will just literally starve themselves if they can't get past whatever is holding them back. so i use these as a bridge.
