Supports neck, shoulders, and head. I slept great. It has the typical memory foam feel. I never tried a pillow like this but if you lack support in neck area there is a higher chance this pillow will work for you. It has a slightly weird smell, but it fades away after a day or so.

Sleep doesn't come easy for me. I have a TBI, and I'm very sensitive to the weather changes that occur frequently in Middle Tennessee.
