Sardines are proven to be very healthy and provide benefits. My favorite flavor is Louisiana Hot Sauce. Joe Rogen reported he had elevated arsenic levels after eating 3 cans every night. Moderation is key. 2 or 3 cans a few times a week is fine. Sardines are delicious and good for you.
