Bayou Classic SS40 22 Inch Stainless Steel Dual Jet Burner Crawfish Cooker

The High Performance Cooker have a professional team. They were very informative about my cooker. The modification of my cooker was completed in a timely matter and to the specification they recommended. I'm very please with with cooker as to bring my water to a boil in 12 minutes is fantastic. Prior to the modification of my cooker it took me 45 minutes to bring my water to a boil. Thanks for all the help. Steve G.

Wow, having used other people's outdoor cooking rigs, I was speechless at the construction, weight and appearance of this propane burner. I feel like I have seen everything from a rack with a propane torch attached to flame emitting bases. The burner is cast and quite solid with as many as 100 holes in it to create even heat. While the true test of stainless is after a few years, I am exceedingly optimistic that this burner will stand the test of time. What's more the added weigjt of the cast burner, provides a great base for even the largest of pots. I got the 16"" burner because I don't see myself going over the 44 qt pot often, and then feel confident that would never go over 100 quarts. The positive of the heft and stability of the base may be a negative for people who want to take their propane burner on the road, but for cooking at home it is perfect.
