So, so nice!
Yes, it's true, the seat is as hard as a rock...but I'm hopeful that it will soften a bit over time, and since the cushions are removable you can get a different cushion if needed. A small lumbar pillow might be needed...easy enough though. The height of the chair, 35 inches, is great because it comes up to shoulder height, so you get full back support. The chair is not very wide. I'd say someone over 200 lbs might feel crambed in. Easy to put together (6 screws that screw into metal barrel nuts...not wood or cam locks, so it will not loosen over time). Light enough to move easily, but it will need some pads to avoid scratching floors. Wide, flat arms are comfortable...and wide enough to hold a cup of coffee! Walmart has the best price for this chair, which is available on all the other major furniture websites, but Walmart is the only one offering free returns to the store.
