Smooth and creamy texture

The trouble I have with most coconuts oils, besides the fact that I'm not at all keen on having oil in my mouth, is texture. Some have 'grainy' feeling lumps in them etc. THIS Barleans is SO smooth even when it is firm from cold weather it dissolves to a creamy texture, no lumps of whatever stubborn bits of coconut oil are in other brands. And when soft but not yet melted it feels like putting pudding in your mouth. So much easier for me to swallow / tolerate in my mouth. Flavor very mild; not strong coconut flavor. I am very impressed. Have already recommended it to a friend. I'll be ordering more soon! By the way I cook with it too; you can't get too much of a good thing. Or it doesn't seem so, in this case.

u get what u pay 4

Although expensive, have relied on Barlean's top quality for years. Example: Flax seed oil, etc. We used to purchase glass jars of a different brand coming from Philippines but in my research if it doesn't have coconut flavor or scent, it's not genuine. You want cold pressed and organic which Barlean's brand has so i would highly recommend it. Better than others.

Love this Coconut Oil

I use the Coconut Oil mixed with another product to rub on my feet, ankles and other sore joints. It works really well.
