Instructions
1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil, add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.

I've tried a lot of protein pastas and some have been absolutely horrible. I tried the Banta one and it tasted like cardboard. Trust Barilla. This brand does not disappoint. It's good and you get some protein. It doesn't turn slimy like some protein pastas and it doesn't taste like cardboard. This one is as close to traditional pasta.

this product is so good when you combine ingredients when is done cooking make chicken, Alfredo....just ready Alfredo Sauce and basic chicken fully cooked..and you have an amazing dinner, lol...you can also buy garlic knots that ready to bake in the oven..plus you need to wash down this meal with either one dr.pepper or coke..
