this is great for a side dish or a main dish - i use just parsley and mozzarella and do an Italian salad with olive oil and other herbs - so nice and yummy - it fits my cravings as i grew up in and with Mexican and Italian dishes and i crave the ( Kosher Certified Mini Penne Pasta) - it has a great taste and blends well with my herbs and spices also can be used so many ways i sue a filling with it and it is ricotta so many other filling can be used in this as in using this as a mini lasagna. look up online the many millions of recipes for penne pasta. you will like it too.
