We love and appreciate this pasta being gluten free for our sensitive little ones. We can use these plain or in any recipe. We love Barilla gluten free pasta rotini especially making dishes for large family gatherings. Our family on both sides has a lot of gluten sensitivities and these eveeyone loves gluten free or not. It helps those who have food restrictions especially kids not feel as left out or different cause they are eating what everyone else is. So thoughtful for all the different varieties!

Can't tell that it's gluten free

This tastes like regular pasta, it's really good. This pasta cooks up nicely. We eat this brand because my son has to be gluten free. Personally, I can't tell the difference between this pasta and non-gf pasta. Wish it was a bit cheaper but it's still worth it

Barilla is the Best!!

I have been buying this pasta for years, and have always enjoyed the taste and quality. In my opinion it is the best GF pasta money can buy. Though they make other shapes I especially like the rotini shape. The pasta cooks up quick and sauce really sticks to it. It is also good to use in casseroles.
